- 摘要: The case study presented a better method to select an optimum location; it is a hybrid technology to evaluate the certainty or uncertainty variables. Astute manager would face the several dynamic or constant variables when the energy price rises in the period, while we can utilize the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and the fuzzy extended AHP(FEAHP) to solve related problems. Any area environment has some huge change in the economic inflation; such as the income will reduce, the expense opposite to increase, and the market will decline, the crime rate will rise, the social security will will worsen, and the population must naturally move out and so on. Therefore, the related variables must change along with the economic environmental change. The paper used the hybrid AHP style to choice the best location. Sequentially, the optimum location can possess the best competitive advantage in the future.

- 摘要: Purchasing action will play a critical role to reach the established goal and strategic issues. Our main objective is toconsider the purchasing method to conform the desirable value. However, we will face various critical criteria, and how draw out the success factors. We used the Delphi technizue to gain some consensus factors through a series of round questionnaires or interviews, to collect more factors among a panel of experts. And then, the decision maker must encounter the multi-products, multi-criteria at the complex selection problems. In order to solve with relevant to the purchasing decision making, this paper proposed a simple and logical method, we conducted a series of numeric with the enumerated modify factors. And draw out the success factors depending on the priority weight. Above the mention, this is a useful and systematic approach is worth our trust to use in thepurchasing selection.

Many years, the marketing activities management still displayed in marketing management textbook or marketing article and lack for marketing activities performance discussion. Therefore, a business process management(BPM) method that integrates marketing management technizues toward activities process will contribute to progress of management practices. A novel combination of BPM method and marketing activities management is proposed. The model of marketing activities management systems can help upper management of a organization in designing and improving its marketing activities to achieve desired performance.

Abstract: Supplier selection is an important issue in food supply chain management(SCM). In previous research, the food industry generally lacks a formal reference approach for suppliers' selection in agricultural products. The key purpose of this study is to develop an integrated fuzzy multiple criteria decision-making(MCDM)model to select supplier. The advantage of this method is its consideration of both qualitative and quantitative criteria, which allows decision makers(DMs) to set multiple segment aspiration levels for supplier selection. In addition, this method will gulde DMs to evaluate supplier by taking into account the tangible and intangible resource under firm purchase strategy. A numerical illustration of application is also presented by using a food manufacture.

- 摘要: 本研究以專利分析探討美國製藥公司之獲利性,並以人工類神經網絡的方式進行分析,探討專利數(Patent Counts)、自我專利引證數(Self-Citations)與最重要技術領域之相對專利定位(Relative Patent Position of Most Important Technology)對公司獲利性之影響。本研究三個研究假說均獲支持,因此最重要技術領域之相對專利定位會對公司獲利性產生正向影響,而專利數與自我專利引證數會對公司獲利性產生倒U型影響,故美國製藥業公司若想要提升公司獲利性的話,應提高其最重要技術領域之相對專利定位,並調整其專利數與自我專利引證數至最適點。

腦力激盪法是近年來對創造力或問題解決等有所助益之方式。本研究的目的在於應用腦力激盪法及層級分析法以尋求設立觀光賭場所須考慮的因素。藉由學者、業者及民間企業負責人,來瞭解有關腦力激盪法在設立賭場考慮因素之思考方向。依照前述方法將所得結果,輔以層級分析法再次篩檢出更具說服力之因素。研究發現,增加就業機會、減少人口外移、改變價值觀,是設立觀光賭場主要的考慮因素,相較於離島建設條例,應可採取較開放之原則。本研究結果可提供政府與投資者在設立賭場時之參考。
