      • 摘要: Abstract The damages mechanisms of materials in erosive and corrosive environment are complex and generally the measured material losses are higher than the sum of separate mass losses due the corrosion and erosion. The control modes of material loss are depended on the erosion-corrosion synergistic effects which are sensitive to material and test conditions such as impact angle and impact velocity. The aim of this work was to study the effect of impact angle (30°, 60°, 90°) and impact velocity (600 rpm, 800 rpm, 1000 rpm) on the erosion-corrosion resistance of SUS420J2 stainless steel in sulfuric acid slurry. The findings related to the worn surfaces, material loss rate and erosion-corrosion behavior were evaluated and discussed. The results had shown that the accumulation weight losses were linearly increased with time. The maximum erosion-corrosion rates were neither in impact velocity of 1000 rpm nor at impact angle of 30°. And it is depended on the control mode of erosioncorrosion. The dominant mode of material loss was corrosion-erosion and erosion-corrosion for medium and high impact angles respectively and their synergism was positive. In these cases the worn surfaces revealed characteristics of deep and general corrosion. While a corrosion control mode and additive effect with lower erosion-corrosion rates were found for low impact angle. In this study the maximum erosion-corrosion rate was found on the impact angle of 60° and impact velocity of 800 rpm.

      • 摘要: In this study plasma nitriding of precipitation hardening mold steel has been carried out at 470, 500 and 530°C for 12 h in order to achieve good erosion and erosion-corrosion resistance. The microstructure, phase present and microhardness profiles of unnitrided and nitrided layers were examined. The influence of plasma nitriding on the erosion and erosion-corrosion resistance of the tested steel was investigated using a jet solid particle erosion tester and a rotated slurry erosion-corrosion tester. The results indicate that the surface properties of the plasma nitrided layers in terms of hardness, erosion wear, and erosioncorrosion resistance are highly dependent on nitriding temperature, and all three plasma surface treatments can significantly improve the surface hardness and effective enhance their erosion resistance under dry erosion. The erosion-corrosion resistance in 20 mass% SiC particles/3.5% NaCl slurry can be effectively improved 48, 65 and 68% by plasma nitrided at 470, 500 and 530°C, respectively. The erosion rate decreases with increasing surface hardness and obeys a power function ( E' / H-n) with exponent of 1.047. However, the correlation between erosion-corrosion rate and hardness does not obey any power functions of the exponent in the range of 1-1.5 due to the complexity of the interaction between erosion and corrosion.

      • 摘要: 型賽車(Kart)又稱卡丁車(Karting),是一種賽車運動。顧名思義,車手所駕的車子無論大小、輸出功率,都比專業級的賽車要來的小,適合初學者學習及作為休閒之用。 卡丁車在國內賽車環境逐年改變下,已漸漸盛行開來,許多人都投入了這項運動,由於花費相對低廉、場地相對簡易,但對於賽車技巧的磨練與學習又有著莫大的幫助,說「Go Kart」是一切賽車運動的基礎也不為過。因此被公認是一切賽車運動的基礎與跳板。現今的F1賽車手,絕大多數都是從「Go Kart」開始接觸賽車的。 在現今的社會中「Go Kart」已經成為時下流行的極限運動,但是「Go Kart」車輛的價格昂貴,一台車要價約20萬元,本專題研究主要是利用報廢之機車引擎及汽車轉向機構等零組件輔以必要之機構設計,構思創造一台經濟實惠,兼具運動及娛樂價值,屬於自己的「Go Kart」,也使小型賽車更普及化、大眾化。 關鍵字:Go Kart,電腦輔助立體製圖,車體組裝
